In 1978 guitarist Jimmy Wyble recorded and released an album called “Etudes” on the Jazz Chronicles record label which contained nineteen of the twenty five Etudes that he had originally composed and recorded for the guitar back at that time. Etudes One through Six were not included on “Etudes”. As fate would have it, Jimmy did indeed record Etudes One through Six as solo electric guitar pieces.
